Bad spelling strikes again!
I have lived in Medford my entire life, and for years and years I have driven past this sign. Not until about 3 weeks ago did I think I was seeing things. I was a passenger in the moving car and I glanced up for some reason. It took a second to sink in but eventually I said “I swear that sign said Olny” but I shrugged it off and just chalked it up to momentary aixelsyd. Well I’ll be darned when I drove past it again and to my shock, I was right.
Now this is on the side of a main road where thousands pass it every week, I am hoping that I am not the only one that noticed this (did Dave Dwyer?) in the last couple of years! It certainly says a lot for the education of those who install the signs every day…talking about aixelsyd!
